What You’ll Do
As a key member of Harc’s leadership team, you will:
Drive Philanthropy Strategy: Design and execute an annual Development Plan that fuels organizational growth. Lead Donor Engagement: Build and steward relationships with individual donors, major gift prospects, foundations, and corporate partners. Oversee Grants & Events: Manage grants lifecycle and lead signature events like Harc’s Gala and Walk N Roll. Shape Our Story: Oversee Marketing and Communication Manager to deliver compelling campaigns, donor communications, and brand-aligned messaging. Inspire & Lead: Supervise a talented team (Events Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Grant Writer) and engage board committees to amplify impact.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Fundraiser: 5–7+ years in development with success in individual giving, events, and grants. Relationship Builder: Skilled in cultivating major donors and corporate sponsors with integrity and discretion. Strategic Communicator: Exceptional writer and storyteller who can inspire donors and partners. Team Leader: Experience managing staff and collaborating across departments. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, digital campaigns, and data-driven strategies
