Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing technical inquiries and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of technology solutions. Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently. Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance client understanding and engagement. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and enhance service delivery. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and technical support activities. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant guidance. Support the development of long-term client relationships and partnerships.
