Key member of implementation project teams Customize and enhance ServiceNow Help convert business requirements into technical solutions Handle offshore resources effectively Analyze, design, and develop business applications Develop enterprise custom applications on the ServiceNow platform/CreateNow Configure and customize ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.) Experience
14-16 years of experience with Java and OOPS concepts. Prior experience with ServiceNow or related implementations is an advantage. ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications Strong ServiceNow scripting experience Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform – Workflows, Orchestration, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Fix Scripts, Transform Scripts, Debugging Experience with Java-based server environments like Apache Tomcat Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML, XML Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, algorithms, and data structures Experience with database design schemas and data modeling Knowledge of Eclipse IDE, JUnit Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to work with business users and clients Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD tools such as GIT, VM Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong consulting skills Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Financial Management, or Software Asset Management is desirable Additional plus: Experience with Discovery, Orchestration, Performance Analytics, ITIL knowledge and certification.
