Must understand advanced networking O&M Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) concepts and apply them with minimal guidance. Provide guidance to others and perform successfully in complex situations. Proficient in configuring firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection systems, VPN gateways, routers, and switches across multiple vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco ASA, etc.). Develop and modify system scripts. Write system documentation, including configuration guides, test procedures, results, and training materials. Provide onsite training for technical and non-technical users on daily use, management, and troubleshooting. Support all Cross-Domain solution requirements. Collaborate with operations to design approved infrastructure. Serve as escalation contact during outages for Tier 2 and 3 systems. Author network engineering design packages with detailed implementation plans. Configure network, software, and hardware to meet NSA CSfC, NIAP, and DoD standards. Design, develop, test, and maintain secure communication networks. Configure/managing PKI Certificate Authorities for CSfC solutions. Document configurations, test procedures, and results. Provide customer onsite training on solutions. Support Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting as part of a technical team. Research and recommend hardware and support solutions, interfacing with customers and vendors. Accept ownership of new requests and explore value-added opportunities. Apply DoD STIGs and IAVAs. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Top Secret or higher security clearance with T5 investigation. Active professional network certification (e.g., CCNP-Security, CCNA, HPE Aruba). One of the following DoD8140 certifications: SecurityX/CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GIAC certifications, etc. Experience with networking vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper. 10+ years of engineering experience (MS/MA = 10 years; BS = 12 years). Work Environment & Physical Demands Location: Honolulu, HI; Office environment; Low noise; Day shift (Monday–Friday); May require evening/weekend work; Less than 20% travel. Physical demands include frequent use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and visual requirements. Security & Authorization US Citizenship Top Secret clearance required Wage Range $150,000 - $182,000, based on education, experience, and organizational factors.
