Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven safety professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about fostering a culture of safety excellence on large-scale construction sites. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and continuously improve site-specific safety programs in compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations Conduct regular job site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols Lead safety training and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors Investigate incidents and near-misses, compile reports, and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for internal tracking and regulatory compliance Serve as the point of contact for safety-related matters and collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel Monitor and analyze safety trends and proactively address potential risks Promote a culture of safety through communication, leadership, and mentorship MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience, preferably in commercial or industrial projects Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) OSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP, or other safety credentials preferred Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to travel to national job sites Proven track record of building trust and credibility across field and management teams What's on Offer
