Software Engineer in Test

Role: Software Engineer in Test Location: Westlake, TX Duration: Full-Time Job Description BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field 6+ years of professional testing/development experience involving UI and API automation Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks in large enterprise environments using Playwright Experience with Typescript and/or JavaScript and Cucumber/BDD Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack using automated and manual testing methodologies Experience testing Angular/Vue UI and RESTful web services; experience with GraphQL is a plus Ability to work effectively in an Agile Scrum environment and contribute as a T-shaped team member Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, including Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and uDeploy Knowledge of code quality and coverage tools such as Sonar or Sealights is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment and a desire to learn new technologies Experience translating business requirements into test plans and test cases Experience working as part of a team of SDETs focused on automation and reusable artifacts Enthusiasm for mastering new technologies Experience with accessibility testing is preferred The Expertise You Bring Developing automation tests for Digital Healthcare products Collaborating with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders Rapid prototyping to validate ideas quickly Writing and adapting source code and testing components Ensuring designs meet performance, security, usability, reliability, and scalability standards Mentoring junior staff
