Our client has a rich global history with over 60 years in business as a dominant force in metal working machinery. They have a small US presence and team. They recently hired on a new commercial leader and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to sit remotely and manage the MidWest region. Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets within your assigned region. Collaborate on a global scale. Develop business in both new and existing accounts. Establish, maintain and leverage existing industry connections. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region, including new customer acquisition and existing customer growth. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed. Help drive compliant usage of CRM system and establish foundation for long term growth. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our client's products and build brand awareness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. MBA or Masters degree is a large plus. 5+ years of outside / regional sales experience. 3+ year background in metal machinery / selling machinery. Track record of outperforming quota, and YoY growth in region. Ability to work autonomously. Experience working for an international organization a huge plus. What's on Offer
