The role involves managing full-cycle project execution from pre-construction to close-out. Lead communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and field operations. Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality control, and code compliance. Resolve on-site issues and proactively mitigate project risks. Coordinate with local agencies on permitting, inspections, and compliance. Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in the K-12 and municipal sectors. Strong understanding of Florida building codes and public procurement. Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
