Coordinate and supervise trade contractors and site activities to ensure quality and timely project completion. Maintain daily logs, job meeting minutes, as-built documents, and close-out records. Address and resolve construction challenges, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Collaborate with Project Managers to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Lead weekly progress meetings and maintain open communication with all stakeholders. Implement and uphold quality control and safety procedures. 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction, with a background in commercial renovations. Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $1M to $10M in scope. Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite; basic layout and scheduling skills. Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on team collaboration. OSHA certification is required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are a plus. What's on Offer
