Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth within assigned region/accounts. Develop and inherit a book of business. Take a strategic/analytical approach to determine where the most room for growth and business opportunity is. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. Take a hands on approach, and travel to meet customers and stores in person. Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. A successful Territory Manager should have: A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5+ years in the luxury jewelry, watches, goods or related field. 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience. Direct experience in sales, business development, and account management within the luxury jewelry space. Experience retaining and growing existing customer accounts. Excellent time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong ability to manage and grow key customer relationships. Exceptional negotiation skills and a strategic mindset. What's on Offer
Competitive salary range of $100-115k + annual commission plan. Comprehensive benefits package. Role can be 100% remote. 30-50% travel expected - most in the Texas area but some domestically across US. Dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth.
