As an
Electrical Engineer , you will collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams from concept through commissioning. You'll play a key role in delivering innovative and efficient electrical design solutions for facilities in the
education, public works, water/wastewater, healthcare, aviation, and transportation sectors . Responsibilities: Develop and design electrical systems for lighting, power distribution, emergency systems, fire alarms, security (CCTV/access control), and communications. Perform design calculations and create detailed construction drawings using
AutoCAD
and
Revit . Prepare and review technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates. Ensure code compliance with NEC, IBC, NFPA, and other relevant standards. Coordinate across disciplines and attend client meetings to ensure quality project delivery on time and within budget. Conduct occasional field visits for surveys and construction verification. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering 510 years of experience in:
Electrical power distribution Power Lighting and controls Fire alarm, security, and telecom system design
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of
AutoCAD
and
Autodesk Revit Strong understanding of
NEC, IBC, and NFPA
