Responsibilities: Promote Safety and Compliance:

Support senior management in fostering a culture of safety and regulatory adherence. Lead Maintenance Operations:

Manage and optimize aircraft maintenance to improve efficiency and expedite repairs. Build Team Culture:

Establish a collaborative and high-performance culture within Maintenance Control teams. Coordinate with Technical Services:

Partner with Technical Services and Engineering to streamline aircraft return-to-service. Ensure Policy Adherence:

Develop strategies to meet fleet availability goals while following company policies. Conduct Needs Analysis:

Identify organizational needs and recommend effective solutions. Enhance Learning Programs:

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Learning and Development Programs. Manage Compliance:

Process compliance events and stay updated on industry trends. Apply Lean Principles:

Implement Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement. Develop Performance Metrics:

Set and manage project performance and delivery standards. Optimize Support and Communication:

Improve technical support and streamline departmental communications. Foster Professional Growth:

Create a culture focused on safety, engagement, and employee development. Requirements: Associate degree in aviation maintenance management or related field. Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant license. 5+ years of leadership experience in an aircraft maintenance organization. Experience with aircraft maintenance under Part 121, 129, 135, or 145 regulations. Strong background in Maintenance Control. Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent English communication skills. Authorization to work in the US. Qualifications: Experience with Maintenix. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Management or related field.
