Our client is a family oriented light industrial general contractor looking to bring on a talented Superintendent due to a heavy pipeline of upcoming projects. They are well established as a national company and have expanded into the Indianapolis market. Job Description

Key Responsibilities for the Light Industrial Superintendent Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project specific issues. Meet weekly and communicate daily with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes and deliveries. Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots. Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators to ensure progress toward the common goal is achieved. Attain a thorough and complete understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, the drawings, and specifications. The Successful Light Industrial Superintendent: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related. 4+ years of commercial general contractor project management experience Experience should include supervisory responsibility Experience with MS Project and BIM preferred Well-developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.
