Remote Case Intake Manager
for our client, an innovative legal-tech organization. This is a full-time, remote position.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to lead the design and daily operation of a growing legal intake pipeline. This position plays a key role in shaping how prospective clients are engaged, qualified, and onboarded into impactful legal matters. The ideal candidate is energized by building efficient systems and is passionate about making a difference in peoples lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement intake pipelines for legal matters, from lead generation to onboarding Execute daily operations including lead triage, eligibility screening, and retainer processing Maintain rigorous compliance with legal standards and protect client confidentiality Develop and monitor performance dashboards to optimize intake efficiency Communicate clearly and compassionately with prospective clients across diverse communities Help scale the team by training and managing future intake staff or external partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing intake operations in legal, consumer services, or related fields Familiarity with compliance considerations such as HIPAA and consumer communication laws Proficiency with CRM systems and e-signature tools Strong data management and workflow organization skills Empathetic communicator with a people-first mindset
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $90,000.
