Job Overview
TE Connectivity
is seeking an experienced and strategic
M&A Integration Manager
within our
Energy
business unit to lead and manage the integration of acquired companies into our organization and support the standardization of integration processes to drive efficiency. This critical role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all post-merger integration activities to ensure value realization, cultural alignment, and business continuity.
The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader with a track record of managing complex integration projects across business units, functions, and geographies. This role is to be located remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans aligned with deal rationale and strategic objectives. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders from finance, HR, IT, legal, sales, marketing, product management, engineering, quality, and operations to ensure smooth transitions. Program Management: Establish and manage integration timelines, key deliverables, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies. Communication & Change Management: Develop communication plans to align internal and external stakeholders, promote transparency, and support organizational change. Financial Synergy Tracking: Monitor and report on synergy realization, cost-saving initiatives, and integration-related expenditures. Culture & People Integration: Work closely with HR and leadership to assess cultural differences, align values, and manage talent retention and onboarding.
What your background should look like
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field 12+ years’ experience, including 3+ years in mergers and acquisition integration, corporate development, management consulting, or a similar role in product or program management Proven experience leading cross-functional integration efforts for medium to large acquisitions Strong program and project management skills (e.g., PMP, Agile) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong financial and analytical skills, capable of assessing cost structures, operational efficiencies, and investment requirements while ensuring detailed synergy tracking, and KPI reporting Proactive, adaptable, and result-driven personality with strong decision-making skills, balancing operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic business objectives Analytical mindset with experience in synergy tracking,and KPI reporting Travel up to 50%

Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $102,300 - $150,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
