Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Web Solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web platforms. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and UX designers to define technical strategy and architect robust modern web solutions meeting both business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Define technical strategy and architectural direction for UI projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance. Conduct technical design reviews and guide technology decisions, including defining technology stacks and integration patterns. Technical Governance & Mentorship: Evaluate existing systems, propose integration strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices. Supervise high-level UI design and ensure compliance with architecture standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product management, and usability experts to translate concepts into optimal, production-ready UI architectures. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and explain architectural decisions. Integration & Security: Design and govern integrations with backend systems, identity providers, third-party services, and APIs (REST, GraphQL). Ensure web solutions meet enterprise authentication, authorization, and API security standards, adhering to regulatory standards (OWASP, HIPAA). Deployment architecture: Define deployment architecture leveraging web-hosting strategies, containerization, CI/CD practices, and monitoring practices to deliver high available, scalable, reliable and performant solutions.
Required Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in web architecture and enterprise application design. Deep knowledge of modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), build tools (Webpack, Node.js), and component-based UI architecture. Experience with CMS and enterprise frameworks like Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle ADF, or Java/Spring (frontend context). Deep understanding of frontend software patterns, architecture principles, and large-scale CSS organization. Familiarity with regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITRUST), OWASP guidelines, and secure development lifecycle. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience guiding and mentoring UI development teams. Familiarity with IT security best practices, process optimization, and deployment strategies.
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams (UX, backend, product management). Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Background in Healthcare, content management systems, or large-scale web application development.
