Manage all aspects of ground-up hotel construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Lead project meetings, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise. Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Mitigate risks and implement solutions to ensure project success.
