The purpose of the Client Relations Center (CRC) is to uphold Northwestern Mutual’s commitment to policy owners while creating new opportunities for quality representatives to enhance their existing business. The responsibility of the
Client Relations Center Associate
is to partner with the CRC Director to manage the daily operations of the CRC. The CRC Associate supports a team of Financial Representatives who reconnect with the unassigned clients to build financial security through fully integrated planning. This individual should thrive in an environment that promotes direct engagement with colleagues and delivers concierge level service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Business Operations Assist in execution and review of annual CRC plan Creation and distribution of CRC communications to leadership, financial representatives and office staff Gathers and reports on CRC financial representative activity based on department expectations Conducts monthly accountability meetings with CRC teams in Director’s absence Assists in tracking total CRC production including monitoring agency sales Supports special CRC projects from Director Client Management Maintaining and updating unassigned client data Handling internal service requests from CRC financial representatives or other network office requests Develop campaign proposals for CRC clients Lead Generation Proactively reconnects CRC clients with CRC financial representatives Identify clients to be shared via data driven approach to finding and setting leads Sharing of unassigned clients with financial representatives Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Customer Service experience Northwestern Mutual experience preferred Life, Accident & Health licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of start date. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications:
Word – mail merge Excel – pivots, filters, and sorts
