Required qualifications:
12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 10+ years of experience with a Master's degree; OR an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
This position requires the candidate to possess a minimum of Top-Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at the customer's request. The contract requires TS/SCI with poly. The candidate must maintain the clearance.
Experience developing and supporting system engineering processes across the entire system lifecycle, including analysis, planning, design, development, deployment, integration, testing, or configuration of software.
Expertise utilizing the Cameo System Modeler suite of tools.
Desired Qualifications:
MBSE certifications (e.g., OMG System Modeller).

What you'll do: The Systems Engineering SME will support the Chief Engineer in developing the architecture baseline (digital twin) using Model Based Systems Engineering expertise. The SE will generate digital engineering artifacts of the mission planning application to provide a comprehensive, real-time view of technical and programmatic details. Artifacts at each milestone will be defined by the Program Office and the Framework. These artifacts include MBSE Models, Digital Twins, and Digital Engineering Environment/Integrated Digital Environment. Responsibilities also include demonstrating the capability to utilize a digital twin to test additional capabilities.
