Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: mkt makg to provide liquidity & expertise to a range of differnt clients; Risk mgmt- understandg of greeks, barrier risk, & delta hedging; & both FXO vanilla & exotic optns.
Must have2 yrs of exp w/: mentoring of jrs & intrns; mkt commentary based on flows, macro vus & themes, & inventory; Regulatry controls & procedures- contrl of risk limits, identifying operational issues / misbookings; & data & mkt analysis- identifyg mkt opportunities, back testing strategies, & building scripts to improve desk wrkflow.
Must have 1 yr of exp w/: understandg of optns theory & the pricing models used for var products; & understandg of FX conventn & curve mktg (atm, risk reversals, & butterflies).
