OB/GYN Iowa Employed practice seeks BC/BE OB/GYN to join their team Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program to be discussed with employer Established team of six OB/GYN Physicians, seven Certified Midwives and one Nurse Practitioner Physician average of 55% OB care and 45% GYN care Call 1:6 with a goal of obtaining 1:7 Laborist/doc-of-the-day care model Average 18-26 clinic patients per day 2 Da Vinci Xi Robotic surgical systems available 4-day work week when not on weekend call Strong work-life balance with ability to take call from home 24-hour weekday call and 72-hour weekend call shifts High volume of minimally invasive surgeries among the group, including robotics and vNotes Total practice deliveries average 1000 yearly Level 2 NICU Full benefits package offered including generous PTO and CME allowance, malpractice, retirement options and more!
