Collaborative team with full practice support along with APPs Coverage: 1:3 and 24-hour nurse hotline for all patients 80 % Inpatient / 20 % Outpatient 300+ cases / year Adult cardiac; lung surgery & TAVR. Do not perform transplant/VAD or esophageal surgery.
