Additional Info: The Lead Medical Provider, under the direct supervision of the ChiefMedical Officer, shall help supervise all aspects of medical patient care services, at theirassigned location, provided by TCCH.-Support Staff MAs assigned to provider, as well as on-site managers, nurse manager, referral assistants, cate gap, and health navigators. -EPIC: EMR-10 locations within the organization, encompassing primary care, pediatrics, BH, Dentistry, 3 pharmacies, x-ray three locations, lab every location, 32K patients annually
