Your Role with Us Do you possess seasoned skills in composite materials and crave to be part of a dynamic team? We are eagerly searching for a Senior Composite Fabrication Specialist who can expertly manage hand lay-up techniques, master vacuum bagging protocols, and finesse hand-finishing tasks. Main Responsibilities Conduct manual lay-up of composites ( both Wet & Prepreg varieties) Manage and execute vacuum bagging processes Understand and utilize various resin systems like Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl ester, and Silicones Refine and perfect patterns and molds through hand finishing Employ diverse hand tools for tasks such as cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling Devise and apply adhesive bonding techniques Participate in structure assembly through set-up, bonding, and fastener applications Implement self-assessments for quality assurance Key Qualities for Success Over 3 years in handling composite materials such as Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, and Fiberglass Experience within bustling manufacturing settings Educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalency Capability to read, analyze, and enhance standard operating procedures Proficient in using measurement tools including Calipers, Micrometers, and Indicators Impress with adept fabrication skills Skilled in employing hand tools for cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly tasks Background in adhesive bonding techniques and structure assembly Keen eye for precision and meticulousness, especially with narrow tolerances
