Ceramist - Crown and Bridge Compensation:
$30$35/hour (annualized) Benefits:

Crown & Bridge Technician
to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a highly skilled individual with at least
5 years of hands-on experience
in fixed prosthetics. Key Responsibilities: Independently produce
20 high-quality monolithic BruxZir crowns daily
from start to finish Work within both
analog and digital workflows
to meet laboratory standards and client expectations Operate within tight turnaround timelines while maintaining
exceptional quality control Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure consistent case outcomes Utilize knowledge of
milling systems
and traditional crown & bridge techniques to support various case types Qualifications: Minimum
5 years of experience
in a dental laboratory setting focused on fixed restorations Proven ability to complete a full production cycle for monolithic crowns Familiarity with
CAD/CAM systems, milling machines , and
analog techniques Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of dental lab work This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing lab committed to innovation, quality, and technician development.
