POSITION
Bath Tune-Up Round Rock, TX is seeking a skilled
Bath Remodel Installer
to lead bathroom remodel projects, including
tile showers and non-tile wet area systems
(solid surface, cultured stone, high-performance laminate, acrylic). This role is responsible for hands-on installation, coordinating a helper, and ensuring every project is completed to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
WHAT YOULL DO
Complete demolition of existing tub/shower and prep of walls/floors. Construct and waterproof shower bases (pans, tile, shower systems). Install waterproofing (various types), and ensure code compliance. Layout, cut, and set tile (or non-tile panels) for walls, floors, niches, and benches. Grout, seal, and finish tile assemblies, including trims and caulking. Install vanities, faucets, toilets, mirrors, and trim as part of full remodel scope. Direct a helper/apprentice for demolition and cleanup tasks. Maintain a safe, clean jobsite and communicate effectively with the project manager.
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of professional bathroom remodeling or tile installation experience. Proficient in tile layout, cutting, waterproofing, and installation best practices. Comfortable with general carpentry, light plumbing, and drywall repair. Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces. Professional appearance and respect for homeowners spaces. Hungry to grow with a small but expanding remodeling company.
