About the opportunity:

• 4 day work week with office open Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
• Call is shared between Physicians and Advanced Providers (averages 2 days per month)
• Average daily patient census is about 16 patients per day ( panel expectation is 1600)
• Site will have 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed with 1:1 MA ratio
• 2 year salary guarantee plus productivity incentives
