Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Lead engineering projects as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer with guidance from our Chief Structural Engineer. Implement modern technology and software solutions in project execution. Mentor junior structural staff to build a strong team. Over 2 years of experience, with a focus on bridge design and transportation structures. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural focus; Master’s degree is a plus.
