WOLF is on the hunt for a dynamic Account Executive to join the team! Who We Are: WOLF is the platform behind the next generation of staffing companies. We help firms launch their own talent marketplaces — complete with jobseeker apps, client portals, and internal recruiter tools — all white-labeled and powered by Wolf’s engine.
Position Overview: We’re seeking a high-output
Account Executive
with deep experience in the staffing industry and B2B SaaS. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through SMB and mid-market deals, building a qualified pipeline from scratch, and converting leads into long-term clients. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone ready to dive in, contribute immediately, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a qualified pipeline of
$1M+
in opportunities
Drive full-cycle sales from outbound cold calls through to close
Sell Wolf.xyz SaaS solutions to staffing agencies and related firms
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce
Think strategically about account growth and client retention
Apply MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodology
Deliver world class product demos that tell a compelling story
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and
Implementation/Customer
Success teams
What you bring to the table:
4+ years of sales experience in staffing or HR tech
Proven success in SaaS sales (SMB and mid-market preferred)
Salesforce experience
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or comparable frameworks
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Strategic, consultative approach to sales
Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Quick learner with the ability to ramp up and deliver fast
