Position: Administrative Assistant
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm (4-6 week temp assignment)
Pay: $13/hr

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role assists management and staff with scheduling, communication, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally Greet and assist visitors; manage front desk operations Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, or management systems Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and internal communications Support other departments with clerical tasks as assigned Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred 1+ year of experience in an office or administrative setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
