Coordinate schedules for interpreters to ensure optimal coverage for assignments. Communicate with clients to confirm language service needs and assignment details. Monitor and update scheduling software to reflect accurate availability of interpreters. Handle last-minute changes and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain records of assignments, interpreter performance, and client feedback. Collaborate with the recruiting team support the operational flow of services. Requirements Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Scheduler, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of scheduling software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus. High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
