This position is 95% REMOTE and reports to the following locations: Egg Harbor Township, NJ Oklahoma City, OK Anchorage, AK El Segundo, CA College Park, GA Des Plaines, IL Burlington, MA Kansas City, MO Jamaica, NY Fort Worth, TX Des Moines, WA Washington, DC The Agile Program Delivery Manager leads the planning and execution of Agile software development programs across multiple teams. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment to objectives, measuring progress, and managing dependencies and risks. The role involves working closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure iterative delivery of high-quality software aligned with user needs. Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate Agile ceremonies and oversee Program Increment (PI) planning. Manage roadmaps, sprint metrics, and stakeholder communications. Identify impediments and remove blockers to team performance. Track dependencies, capacity, and team velocity. Support Agile maturity and adherence to agency guidelines. Basic Qualifications (required):
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, or Business. 8+ years in Agile program or portfolio management. Proficiency with JIRA, VersionOne, or other Agile tools. Preferred Qualifications:
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or RTE certification. Experience with Agile delivery in federal programs. ActioNet
