Administrative Assistant

to join our team. In this role, your friendly personality will shine as you interact with our clients as our front desk receptionist; and your passion for staying organized will help run our operations with your administrative support. Your job will be to support clients and the therapy team in achieving a pleasant experience in our concierge-level clinic. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities Greet and interact with clients Answer incoming phone calls and take appropriate action Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar through the EMR system Scanning and faxing documentation Monitor email and and write emails as needed Maintain an organized filing system Check inventory and re-stock if necessary Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Utilize Advanced MD EMR system Complete various projects and tasks related to business operations
