WarCollar Industries is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Developer to join our team in supporting mission-critical systems and applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform components such as Flow Designer, business rules, catalog items, and custom applications. This role involves both development and process improvement within a high-security, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize applications and services within the ServiceNow platform Develop catalog items, workflows, and business rules using Flow Designer and scripting Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions Maintain system performance by identifying and resolving issues proactively Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and system specifications Participate in process improvement initiatives and systems lifecycle management Provide technical input to review boards, and support change and release management processes Collaborate with IT teams and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing ServiceNow applications Experience with Flow Designer, catalog items, UI policies, client/server scripts, and integration tools Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices Demonstrated ability to analyze and document business processes Experience in systems evaluation and performance monitoring Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
Active ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) Familiarity with NIST, RMF, or other compliance frameworks Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
