The Role
As Dorsia’s in‑house Recruiter, you’ll serve as a trusted talent partner to our growing teams. You’ll execute thoughtful, inclusive, and data‑informed hiring processes across multiple functions as we scale. This high‑impact role sits at the intersection of candidate experience, company culture, and business growth.
What You’ll Own

- Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, score cards, define search strategies, and guide structured, inclusive interview processes.
- Conduct screening calls, deep‑dive interviews, and manage candidate pipelines with intention and care.
- Design and iterate on tools, templates, and workflows that scale hiring with clarity and efficiency.
- Build a diverse and engaged candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, creative outreach, and brand storytelling.
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics and translate data into insights to optimize pass‑through rates and reduce time‑to‑fill.
- Champion a consistent, high‑touch candidate experience that reflects our values and aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of People and cross‑functional teams on projects tied to org design and internal mobility.
- Infuse every stage of the hiring process with thoughtful communication and brand alignment.
- Create and own our employee branding for our website, job boards, LinkedIn, Handshake, and more.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high‑growth, tech‑enabled environments (in‑house or blended with agency experience).
- Ability to lead a structured hiring process that reduces bias and supports fair, calibrated decision‑making.
- Enthusiasm for building teams and a sharp eye for talent fit—not just skill sets.
- Strategic and scrappy: comfortable advising leadership on market trends and running outbound sourcing campaigns in a pinch.
- Data‑informed approach to hiring, using insights to guide process improvements.
- Clear, thoughtful, and efficient communication—written, verbal, and in systems.
- Commitment to curating a world‑class candidate experience as a reflection of the brand.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and operating without permission.
- Curiosity, iteration, and motivation by excellence—no ego.
Our Core Values
Lead with hospitality. We respect the craft and precision that are intrinsic to the hospitality industry. We are a diverse team built to be the connective tissue between artists, chefs, diners, and members.
Mise en place. We are persistent in preparation, prioritization, and focus to anticipate our customers’ needs to create a powerful platform rooted in simplicity and elegance.
Go around the table—then commit. Creativity takes feedback and iteration, and differing opinions can lead to healthy debate. We encourage all voices to speak up and be heard, and we are geared toward action and unify around the decision once it’s made.
Our product is our signature dish. We are a product and marketing‑led organization. Protecting our brand and vision needs to be top‑of‑mind with every move we make.
Optimize turn times. We are creating beautifully‑designed, tech‑forward solutions to automate all sides of our business: for members, restaurants, and employees. And we’re laying a data‑rich foundation to enable all stakeholders to make better decisions and enjoy the finer things in life.
Savor it. We eat slowly and celebrate the wins we share with those around the table. We’re in this for the long‑haul, so enjoy the ride.
Stay hungry. We can change the world or someone else will. We believe in a sense of urgency to keep pushing toward our goals, and there’s always room for dessert, because there’s always more to do.
