As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting patients through surgical procedures—before, during, and after the operation—ensuring safety, precision, and comfort at every step. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the operating room and surgical instruments, verifying patient identity and surgical site, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons throughout procedures. You may serve as a scrub nurse, directly handling instruments, or as a circulating nurse, managing workflow and documentation while advocating for the patient. This role requires strong critical thinking, technical skill, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
