As a Plant Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, resource management, and operational direction to ensure safety, customer service, quality, and cost-efficiency at the plant level while meeting production targets. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities include:

Lead and ensure the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors, adhering to corporate and legislative requirements. Champion safety performance improvements aligned with Brambles’ Zero Harm initiative and environmental regulations. Oversee equipment reliability with the maintenance team to ensure operational continuity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with CHEP procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols to maintain operational consistency. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to optimize plant performance in safety, quality, and cost control. Maintain site security, manage storage, stock levels, and movement of materials and equipment. Manage, develop, and lead plant staff, fostering accountability and high performance. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through effective plant operations management. Qualifications:

4-year degree or equivalent experience. Experience:

P&L management experience. Results-oriented with a proven track record of success and stability. Ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Skills and Knowledge:

Strong team training and motivation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Decisive decision-making abilities. Innovative thinking and problem-solving. Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Languages:
