Chief Medical Officer
We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer to work permanently and directly under our client in a Primary Care setting located in Klamath Falls, OR.
Benefits for the Chief Medical Officer / CMO: Up to $300K base, plus $50/visit over target — potential to exceed $400K Full Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance. 401(k). Paid Time Off Sign On Bonus and relocation assistance offered
Chief Medical Officer Daily Duties: 1–1.5 admin days, 3.5–4 clinical days weekly Deliver comprehensive patient care, including preventive services, primary diagnosis, treatment, and inpatient management when appropriate. Serve as a preceptor and mentor for providers in training as needed. Complete timely and accurate documentation in medical records in accordance with clinic policies and protocols. Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery. Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required under contractual agreements. Chief Medical Officer Requirements:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and Licensed physician in the state of Oregon
