What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for adult patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, wellness promotion, and patient education.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Eligible for or active
