Job Title: Physician Assistant - Urgent Care/Emergency (Evening/32)
Location: Roseville, CA 95661
Duration: Permanent
Pay Range: $147,200 – $230, 000 / yr.
Schedule Varies - 32 hr or 36 EVENING shift:
Week 1: Sun 10:00am-6:00pm, Mon, Thu, Fri 12:30pm-8:30pm
Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed 12:00pm-8:30pm, Sat 10:00am-6:00pm
Job Description: Under the direction of a supervising physician, the Physician Assistant provides high quality, efficient, team-based patient focused care. The Physician Assistants responsibilities may include managing patients in the office, hospital, ED and/or perioperative setting direction.
Qualifications: The Physician Assistant will practice as part of a team under the direction of their supervising physician. Examines patient, performs comprehensive physical examination, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Administers or orders diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interprets test results for deviations from normal.
Preferred Qualifications: Fluoroscopy Permit required or must be obtained within 18 months from the date of hire in Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology only. Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment. Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program
Required Skills: Physician Assistant License (California) required at hire Experience At least 1-year experience in Emergency or Urgent Care
