Position Overview
Analyst, Equity Portfolio Management at Acadian Asset Management.

We foster a collaborative, intellectually curious environment. This role is based in Boston, part of a hybrid work schedule requiring on-site presence 3 days a week.
What You Will Do
Support members of the Equity Portfolio Management team in portfolio management, oversight, and research.
Analyze the drivers of performance of various equity strategies.
Respond to ad-hoc queries from clients, consultants, and prospects.
Collaborate with teammates to identify and deploy enhancements to our investment process.
Develop a strong understanding of Acadian's equity investment process.
We Are Looking For Teammates With
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (advanced degree preferred).
1-3 years of finance experience, preferably asset management, with emphasis on quantitative investing and risk management.
Strong knowledge of quantitative models and techniques.
Proficient programming background, e.g., Python.
Willingness and ability to work in a collegial, result-focused environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $120,000 per year. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base pay, the position may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and includes participation in Acadian's comprehensive benefits program, which covers health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
