What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead discovery engagements to understand customer objectives and operational challenges
Translate business processes into actionable insights using the Process360 Live platform
Deliver advisory services on process design, governance, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with customer IT and data teams to ensure data availability and quality
Support sales cycles with discovery workshops, solution presentations, and proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Process Mining, Data Mining, BPM Consulting, or Process Intelligence roles
Strong domain knowledge in core business areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Procurement
Hands‑on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or ARIS
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive‑facing presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Fortune 500 or global enterprise environments
Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with automation ecosystems (RPA, workflow automation)
Experience working within or alongside software sales teams
