Save Job

Head of Finance Full‑time role located onsite in New York, NY. We’re looking for an operationally excellent, strategically minded finance leader to own Hadrius’s financial systems, planning, and decision‑making. You’ll be the connective tissue between data and strategy, turning numbers into insights, insights into action, and action into compounding growth.

You’ll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape company strategy, manage capital, and build a world‑class finance function that can scale with Hadrius through our next stage of growth. This is a hands‑on role: you’ll be equally comfortable modeling scenarios in Excel, leading board discussions, architecting scalable financial infrastructure, and working across the business to connect the plan to reality.

You will work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial system. We pride ourselves on having a culture that rewards impact and success generously. We’re focused first and foremost on empowering each other to do our best work, today and into the future. You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same.
