Job Description As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Developing and implementing transformation strategies
Managing complex, cross‑functional programs
Setting and tracking program milestones and KPIs
Stakeholder Management
Coordinating with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Leading change management and communication efforts
Building and maintaining relationships across business units
Delivery & Operations
Overseeing program budgets and resources
Managing risks and dependencies
Ensuring alignment with business objectives
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Technology & Process
Leading digital transformation initiatives
Modernizing business processes
Implementing new systems, processes and technologies
Project Management
Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal will meet client needs and they capture all unique sets of requirements
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases
Tracking of projects, progress, status and deadlines
Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team
Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
Sales Preparation
Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies
Request for proposal/information assistance
Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business
Leverage existing client relationship to secure new business, offering our products and services
Qualifications
You have a related degree or related professional qualification.
5+ years’ experience in accounting operations and relationship management.
10+ years’ experience in the financial industry and in an external client facing role.
10+ years’ experience Program and Project Management experience.
Proven knowledge of Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit fund administration.
Proven Business Analysis experience.
