About the Job Domino's Pizza is hiring customer service representatives for part or full‑time positions. You will help customers order and support the store’s pizza operation.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Receive and process in‑person orders.

Assist team members with store tasks.

Training & Skills

Orientation and on‑the‑job training.

Communication: verbal and written, customer and coworker.

Basic math and monetary change.

Computer and touch screen order entry.

Work Conditions

Varying temperature, exposure to hot surfaces, chemicals, and dust.

Standing, walking, and light lifting up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stoop, bend, squat, reach, and manipulate hands for pizza assembly.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.

Prior QSR experience highly desired.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting at a desk.

Lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying up to 30 lbs.

Pushing, pulling, climbing ladders.

Stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks at pizza station.
