Join Fairmont Grand Del Mar as a Food and Beverage Supervisor within our Inspire Program—a 12‑month immersive leadership journey designed to develop confident, capable first‑time leaders in luxury hospitality. The role focuses on building operational excellence, people management, and business acumen while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

With 249 elegantly appointed guest rooms, an 18‑hole private golf course, a five‑star spa, and six dining venues—including San Diego’s only three‑Michelin‑starred restaurant, Addison—our resort blends classic luxury with innovative hospitality.
Job Description The Inspire Program funnels participants through structured cross‑exposure, executive mentorship, and real‑world business projects. You will work closely with our Hotel Executive Committee, apply leadership skills, and deliver measurable business impact across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Orientation: Deep immersion in brand values, service culture, and cross‑exposure planning.
Cross‑Exposure Experience: Hands‑on learning in multiple operational areas within the Food & Beverage division.
Business Impact Project: Conceive, execute, and present a real‑world initiative showcasing leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking.
Hotel Executive Committee Mentorship: Guidance from experienced leaders to refine your growth trajectory and align with Fairmont values.
Build your community: Connect with peer participants from across the hotel network to broaden your global mindset.
Be Inspired: Participation in virtual leadership speaker series featuring senior leaders.
Throughout This Program You Will
Build strong relationships and network with leaders across the hotel.
Continuously develop leadership skills, business acumen, and create exceptional guest experiences.
Make meaningful impact and drive results within your assigned focus areas.
Rate of Pay $30.00/hr
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Demonstrated passion for luxury hospitality and a strong desire to develop into a future leader.
Proven leadership potential through academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or prior work experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach.
High adaptability, resilience, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
