Director of Recruiting (Law Firm Partners and Associates, General Counsel, In-House Counsel)
A mid-sized, full-service law firm is looking for an experienced real estate attorney to join its Seattle office. This attorney will be handling a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction/development, etc. The successful attorney will have sophisticated real estate transactional experience, sound judgement, a strong work ethic, and be able to handle projects independently.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
Currently admitted to the Washington State Bar, or able to waive in promptly.
10+ years of commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, investment portfolio funds, development and design matters, and leasing.
Book of business is preferred but not required.
Ability to proactively identify key legal issues.
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication, analytical, legal writing, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, with an ability to meet deadlines. Detail oriented and well organized.
Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.
