Sales Manager – Synthetic Polymers & Raw Materials
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
based in North America to drive business development and sales growth in the synthetic rubber, polymers, and related raw materials markets. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can manage key accounts and develop new opportunities across the paving and roofing industries.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with North America customers, including asphalt, roofing, and polymer end-users.
Actively visit customers and industry showcases, representing the company professionally and promoting our products and solutions.
Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to generate leads, manage accounts, and drive sales revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs, ensure timely delivery, and provide technical guidance as needed.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth by identifying new market opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant sales or business development experience in synthetic rubber, polymers, or related raw materials.
Strong network and understanding of the paving and roofing industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
Ability to work from a home office, with flexibility to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events.
The candidate must be currently authorized to work in United States or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or MBA is preferred but not required.
Experience working with polymer producers, distributors, or asphalt/roofing manufacturers.
