Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, based in Boston, MA. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and lead the sales team, support training initiatives, and maintain excellent customer service standards. Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, providing mentorship to team members, analyzing store metrics, and ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Team Management and Training to supervise and develop sales staff effectively.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences and interactions with the team and clients.
Analytical Skills to monitor sales data, assess performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making processes.
Previous experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
Proactive leadership abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
