Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Consultant, Mechanical Engineer for our on-site location in Denver, CO. In this role, you will design and oversee mechanical systems for various projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Key responsibilities include creating detailed mechanical designs, conducting system analysis, participating in project management, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will also mentor junior engineers, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to furthering innovation in our projects.
Qualifications
Technical expertise in mechanical design, HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection engineering.
Strong project management and team collaboration skills, including the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools for mechanical design and modeling.
Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and adherence to local and national building codes and standards.
A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) designation or the ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
